Alpe d’Huez Cycle Challenge text "HARB65 £5" to 70070 – Harbour Cars

For the fifth year Team Harbour Cars Velo led by Rob is taking part in Challenge Adventure Charities cycle event with over 250 other cyclists.

This years challenge is over 3 days cycling 450 miles and some 20,000 feet of climbs in the Alps including two Tour de France stages.

We start in Troyes on the 17th September cycling 186 miles to Macon. Day two takes us from Macon the 175 miles through the lakes into the Alps and to Lans en Vecour. Day 3 we leave the Vecours region and pass Grenoble onto the ski resort of Chamrousse a climb to 1750 Metres and following our descent we cycle onto the famous 21 bends & 1850 Metre climb to the top of Alpe D’Huez for our second Tour de France mountain climb.
