For many years I had been driving past Harbour cars promising that one day I would go in for real. That day came on my 60th birthday!Although being an ‘easy’ customer kind of knowing exactly what I wanted being a 911 nut have to say that the service was superb and I also felt a certain reassurance from buying from here being my first Porsche! along with attention to detail. They made the whole experience special, would defiantly go back!!

Harbour Cars made my 911 purchase experience easy and enjoyable. Geoff was exceedingly knowledgeable about the car and responded quickly and accurately to my queries. The vehicle handover was thorough, informative and totally professional. The Company ethos is not only about selling cars but supporting customers afterwards. I have total faith that should I require any assistance in the future Harbour Cars will be there to help. Outstanding customer service which is sadly a rarity these days.

From the moment we arrived at Harbour Cars we were greeted to a friendly welcome from Chris with a welcomed cup of coffee even though we we came unannounced. The Cayman we had come to see was immaculately presented with Chris being able to answer any questions that we had. Chris gave us space to look at the car at our leisure, at no point did we feel we were taking up his time. After a test drive and time to think the decision was made the Cayman would be ours.A week later it was time to collect. Rob picked us up from the train station and waiting for us gleaming in the showroom was my car complete with the graphic’s the I had asked to be applied and a new set of plates for my personal plate in the tub. Geoff completed the handover and we set off on our way home.From start to finish the customer service was brilliant, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Harbour Cars.
