Harbour Cars was established in 2000 and is the trading name for Lord Loudly Limited (Reg No. 4121785). The company was founded by Rob Langley after he left a local Mercedes-Benz main dealership where he was General Sales Manager.

Managing Director, Rob Langley
Rob has over 30 years’ experience in business, the majority gained within the motortrade. He was the General Sales Manager of a local Mercedes-Benz main dealership before founding Harbour Cars in 2000.
Senior Porsche Sales Specialist, Chris Thwaites
Chris joined us in 2012. At the end of 2019, he left to work for a specialist Porsche parts supplier but has rejoined us in 2023 to continue working more directly with the Porsche product that he loves. Like many of you who know him well, we are delighted he has rejoined us at Harbour Cars.
Senior Porsche Sales Specialist, Sam Davies
Sam joined us in 2019 and is well known to many of you now. He has a great passion for cars and knowledge of the Porsche product and market. He looks forward to helping you find the right Porsche from your initial enquiry through to your handover day and aims to make the whole experience as enjoyable as possible.
Sales & Marketing Associate, David Richardson
Dave joined Harbour Cars in 2026 having spent the majority of his career in the Marine industry.
Having developed a passion for cars from a young age, he moved to Harbour Cars to follow this passion professionally. With a background in technical account management and solution selling, he is looking forward to helping customers find the perfect Porsche for them.
Detailer & Vehicle Preparation Specialist, Henry Howson
Henry joins us with four years’ experience as an accredited Gtechniq trained detailer and will be found making a noise with his Rupes Bigfoot machine polisher to get our cars prepared to the high standard customers have come to expect.
Co-Director, Shân Langley
Shân worked in IT software since the early 90s before joining husband Rob in founding Harbour Cars. They now have a growing family and Shân is always busy behind the scenes keeping Rob and the team in check but also maintains her IT experience with software consultancy.
Dan’s Detailing, Dan Clilverd
After training and qualifying, Dan worked for over 25 years as a vehicle technician and then Bodyshop technician. After 2 ½ years full time putting his passion for Porsche into preparing and detailing the finished product that you see at Harbour Cars he has set up his own business Dans Detailing but you will still see him preparing some of our cars alongside Henry.
